  Connie received Minimum Data Set Coordinator of the Year for 2011 by the Illinois Health Care Association. As part of her job, she has to maintain patient charts, manage treatment and comply with privacy regulations, as well as keep up with Medicare regulations and guidelines. Connie has done an excellent job, and we applaud her for her good work and well-earned award!
